Mark Crisp, Owner

Mark has been married to his high school sweetheart, Carrie, for 32 years.  He has two daughters, Crista Rojo and husband Tony, and Cyndi Hickingbottom. He also has three very precious grand-daughters, Kaylee and Kelsey Hickingbottom, and Tristyn Rojo.  He has lived in San Angelo all his life.  Mark grew up in the family pest control business, AAA Exterminators which his father, Gerald Crisp, bought in 1966. After graduating from Lake View High School in 1978, Mark attended ASU for one year while also learning to operate and manage AAA Exterminators.  He married Carrie Doss in 1979 and went to work full time as part owner and operator of the family business. Mark sold AAA Exterminators to Terminix Pest Control in May of 1998 and went to work for them as a technician.  He held several other positions until January 2000, at which time he was promoted to Branch Manager of the San Angelo region. He worked in that capacity until leaving the company in July 2006. Mark opened Pioneer Termite and Pest Control in October of the same year.
Crista Rojo, Office Manager

Crista is Mark's oldest daughter.  She is a 2000 graduate of Lake View High School and a 2004 graduate of Angelo State University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology.  She has been married to her college sweetheart, Tony, for six years.  Crista taught English and coached for five years before she decided to stay at home with her baby girl, Tristyn, and help with the family business.  She is going to graduate school at Angelo State pursuing her Master's Degree in Guidance and Counseling. 
 
 
Don Kennedy, Certified Applicator

Don has worked for Mark for a combined 10 years.  He worked for one of the big boy pest control companies for several years before joining Mark.  He enjoys the pest control business and servicing the Concho Valley.  Don is an avid Dallas Cowboys fan!
